INTERNATIONAL shipping takes 7-21 days, (CANADA typically 6-10 days) once package is mailed and on rare occasions may take longer when going through your country's customs. International orders are shipped via Standard Mail. In the event your country's customs is delaying your package shipment, this can delay shipment by up to 4-6 weeks. Once the package leaves the US, we have no control over how your country handles the package. By ordering from a country from outside the United States, you’re doing so at your own risk. If you live in a country that has a reputation of disallowing imports to pass through customs without issue, you are assuming the risk of whether you receive your order as expected. We cannot control the practices of international Customs criteria, nor we intervene when a problem has arisen.
