All items must be received by Steel Supplements Inc. within 30 days of purchase date. In all cases refunds will be made to the form of payment used for the original purchase. This process can take up to 90 days due to individual credit card company policies. Refunds to credit cards will appear on your statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The original packing slip and proof of purchase are required for the consideration of reimbursement. Products sold at discounted or sales prices cannot be refunded.
